What would you like for Christmas?
What do you need most?
What would you like to give to others?
When we have plenty, it is difficult to choose.
When we have little, the choice is easier.
Whether we have plenty or little,
we need some things always.
To start with we need health.
Without health, all else is worth less.
Health requires a healthy environment.
This requires Nature to be healthy.
So, we really need to take care of her more.
Health also requires we eat healthy food
and not so much junk or empty food.
Whether we have plenty or little,
we also need love.
Love in its many forms: love between
partners, between parents and children…
Love as expressed in friendship.
Life without friends is a poor life.
So, whether poor or rich we all need
Nature, health, healthy food, love and friendship.
If we could, we would give it to you abundantly.
In the meantime, enjoy Christmas and stay healthy.
