PAX FIDES or peace on faith.
Faith is the belief in the goodness in people and the willingness to bring it out.
Peace is the respect for human values.
Pax Fides aims at creating peace among all religions using human values as a common ground to build peace on.
Human values as the basis for peace
The understanding between different religions is often not easy. Human values could be the basis of a trend towards bringing religions closer together and towards reducing or doing away with all conflicts and even violence for religion-related reasons.
PAX FIDES runs parallel with PAX HUMANITAS, Latin for peace for Humanity, a project to bring different socio-economic political systems and countries closer together.
In both projects, human values are at the centre. In FIDES they are approached more from the viewpoint of religions, in HUMANITAS more from the viewpoint of politics, economics and business.

Danellandia – Pax 21 was created on 28 March, 2004. It is based on discussions about this world and its many problems with people from different backgrounds, countries, religions and age.
Danellandia defined 25 human values as the basis for its campaign to make this world a better and more just place in many fields of human activities: politics, economics, the media, personal relationships, education, Nature care…
