Mahaivi (peace be to you)!

We feel religions can play a very active part in bringing the badly needed peace world-wide by helping to foster human values.

These last few months a lot of inspiration came in about religions and faith. Tonight, the word “mahaivi” came to our mind. Its meaning is “love be to Love”, “love be to Life”, “Love and peace be to all” and “love be to God”. We now use it as a greeting. 

Thoughts came in about life, God, peace, faith, love and religion. We took down the “sweet diamond” or poem about faith and religion.

Yesterday afternoon, we got the inspiration for the diamond “Promised Land”. We can build it ourselves.

Somewhere in May last year, we wrote a letter to religious leaders to set up Pax Fides, a forum to bring together religions to reach peace on faith. To bring together religions around human values. To make them promote the same human values among their followers. In our opinion, human values lead us to peace and peace leads us to God (or whatever the name given to the “Supreme” or “Undefinable of Peace and Happiness”.) What more could we all want than to be and live in peace?

We do hope you will want to join in this peace effort.

Critical but constructive

We know we are sometimes a bit critical, but we do want to be constructive.

The dream our friend Pedro had in 2004, was quite special and has been inspiring us ever since. We have come to call it the “Dream of Peace and Liberation”. Pedro wrote:

“Some years ago, I had a special dream. I was shown something like a mental film about all that is going on in the world. It was shown at a pace that was too fast. Every picture clicked fast and showed different situations, most of them about what is going wrong. It was as if to say “look at all of this”…. there was anger and disappointment in the film. Disbelief about what went on in the world with so much violence.

Standing out clearly was “why do people need to be controlled so much? Why do they not behave?”… I could not take the speed anymore. It was so distressing and I shouted “Oh God, please stop it, “what do you want?” The film stopped and I said “Oh God, I’m all yours. You can do anything you want”. I calmed down…

The following day came the second film in clear daylight, while I was taking a rest. It was a new film but this time not as fast… I could see the images more clearly. It was distressing also and I was angry with what Humanity did. It was about world problems: wars, conflicts, Nature degradation, war, crime, violence, scientific experiments, poverty… In the film I was the subject of an experiment.

Truth of Life

Humanity wanted to know the Truth of Life. It pushed me to the limit of all knowledge. Only a few people shouted not to push further, but they did… I crossed the limit and in a flash of a second I saw a light and saw the Truth of Life. I then fell back to Humanity. But I felt I could not reveal the Truth. Humanity was not ready… It needed to take action to make the world better and more just… This is in short the mental film…

After the mental films, the images would come back and I would have inspirations about them. 

One night, I got the full message about the Truth of Life. The secret of Life or about the Code of Life. I could not believe it. Now the Truth was very clear. I felt overwhelmed and said “why is this happening to me?”. I could not believe it, but my mind was filled with new inspirations and nice thoughts. I seemed to be melting away as if absorbed by a Power that I can hardly describe. I started to cry with joy and happiness. It was the most important, most emotional and unforgettable moment of my life. I can still recall it vividly, as if it happened last night.

Later on, I started to correspond with friends and with people around the world (via the internet and in real life) about items in the film, about God, human values, peace, love… For many months. I discussed with people of many religions and also with people that had none. The discussions somehow confirmed and strengthened what I had seen in the films.”

Danellandia

The result of the dream and of the discussions on the internet with friends sharing the same kind of dreams and wishes was the creation of Danellandia, the world of Peace, Justice and Happiness. Happiness you attain when you have peace and love. Peace are human values or genuine heart-felt humanity.

It also led to ideas for projects. Pax Fides is the project about religions and faith.

Pax Humanitas is a forum for leaders in politics and economics to join forces to foster human values and to build a new political socio-economic system, called summonism. Based on the summum bonum, the supreme good that can be attained through the maximization of human values. More about it on www.paxhumanitas.net.

Compendium of human values

All religions are invited to together draw up a compendium of human values that have no boundaries – geographical, racial, religious, cultural or social. Values that are easy to explain and to promote. The aim of Danellandia – Pax Mundi.

Values that become a beacon for all. A beacon to lead us to Peace.

Faith and religion

Religions are different ways
to revere or worship God.

God has many different names.
Some people have a personal name.

God is peace.
We can reach God through peace.

Peace is humanity or human values.

Religions can help to bring out
goodness or peace in people.

Peace is the path to God.

Belonging to a religion
makes you into a follower of it.
It does not make you
true and faithful to God.

Being a follower of Peace
does make you faithful to God.

Faith is the belief in Peace.
Faith is the belief in God.

Humanity takes you to Peace.
Peace takes you to God.

Mahaivi – peace and love be to God!
Mahaivi – peace and love be to all!
