Capitalism

What is money when it is used to hurt people or Nature?

A tool of destruction in the hands of a less-developed being.

People with a high human value equivalent – or HVE – use it for constructive purposes.

Dolphin or vulture

I would rather be a dolphin than a vulture.
Too many people feed on others.
Too many build riches on the poverty of others.
Too many people live off others.
Too much money is taken from others.
Too many people are greedy and selfish
to the point of damaging and abusing others.
Too many people are like vultures.
They feed on prey that is defenceless.
Too many people exhaust us and abuse their power.
Too many people are heartless and without love.
I would rather be a dolphin.
A dolphin with a heart.
A heart that never dies.
A heart for eternity.
A vulture is earthly.
A dolphin divine.

Capitalism too hard

Capitalism is becoming increasingly hard for ever more people.

Promises to reduce poverty and injustice world-wide are far from being kept.

It is time to change capitalism.

Visit Danellandia regularly and let it inspire you to find ways to really change the capitalist system and to strengthen peace in this world.

Advantages and disadvantages

Advantages and disadvantages

There are few things that do not have disadvantages besides advantages. Many politicians are experts and intensifying or reducing the weight of these aspects, depending on the benefits they might bring them. Honesty and openness are often not strong values in politics and so we all suffer.
Basics

Basics

Schools teach children many historical details. Why not leave out some details and teach them the basics to make this world a better place? Emphasizing basic values, like honesty, solidarity, respect for people, Nature care, tolerance and non-violence, would make it possible to avoid many of the historical failures being repeated.
Brexit - exit to what?

Brexit – exit to what?

The UK has decided to leave the European Union. Some leaders are jubilant and ecstatic about it. Yet, they should not because we all need a future of international co-operation and dialogue to build a world of stability and peace. Then we can all be jubilant and ecstatic and enjoy a life of less worries and more quality.
Brexit: who wants it?

Brexit: who wants it?

Brexit does not seem to go and bring the ideal future many of the Leave campaigners made voters believe. The European Union may indeed need reform, but depicting it as the source of all ills, led to confusion, fake news and false promises. The referendum should have been based on fair, open-minded and correct information. It was not and so, is it not a shaky foundation to build an uncertain future on?
Broken dignity

Broken dignity

"Money makes the world go round". Not really, as it badly affects the health of people. It causes serious damage to the integrity of ever more people. Money even makes them sell their dignity.
Business without a future

Business without a future

Some leaders seem to think that as long as it is good for business, it is good for everything. Even when it damages people and Nature. A sustainable future needs leaders with a vision (to respect people and Nature), not leaders with money (to mislead people and buy votes).
Clean thoughts

Clean thoughts

Clean across the board. When will clean energy be a priority in the boardrooms of all governments and all companies? Will we and Nature need to suffer more disasters? We all need clean thoughts about energy and Nature for a bright, healthy and endless future.
Conservative

Conservative

What do conservatives want to conserve? A system that damages the mental and physical health of people and seriously pollutes air, water and soil? If it is conserved, in the end nothing else will be left.
Core business

Core business

When politics are mainly a game about seats and votes, while the common good and common human values are relegated, then politics are seriously ill and a danger to society. Healthy politics have humanity as their core business.
Divided Nations

Divided Nations

Divisions of all sorts keep the United Nations from being really united. This prevents them from tackling problems like wars, poverty, abuse, tax fraud and other types of violence in a concerted and effective way. Divisions are generally inspired by political and economic power games. Why not unite around a common platform of universal human values and boost peace and civilization?
Economists

Economists

When are they going to come to their senses and get rid of the stench of the Golden Calf? Banking everything on money and forgetting about real values and Nature is untenable.
Fair practices

Fair practices

Millions of young people are left without a job. Why is their future so bleak while some CEOs of companies maximally robotizing production or profiting from poor laws in low-wage countries, touch an income of millions a year? If capitalism does not need these young people, it should be adapted to allow everyone to have a future. Unfair globalization and trade practices should be curbed globally.
